The iDX 200 iE combines all the advantages of previous iDX 120 iE and iDX 160 iE with new drivers, and a high-end microphone to create the perfect companion for mobile devices.

Premium Sound: An Unrivaled Wealth of Fine Details

The iDX 200 iE features new drivers with moving coils made of extra-fine copper wire. The sound transducers respond to any change in voltage at lightning speed, and resolve high frequencies to deliver an incredibly transparent, clean sound. The bass and mids benefit from changed filter tuning, and the elimination of resistors draws additional power to create an incredibly balanced and efficient in-ear.

Premium Material: A Tough, Titanium Alloy

Instead of aluminium, the housing is made of a new alloy that consists of 86 percent titanium. This high-tech metal, which is used in airplane construction and medical technology, is light-weight and extraordinarily durable. Its resistance to corrosion and extreme temperatures ensure use of the iDX 200 iE for many years. The connection cables now offer tough plastic sheaths, which last 30 percent longer than comparable materials, and reduce cable noise.

Premium Comfort: A Perfect Fit

A proper fit is essential to the sound experience of in-ear headphones. Only when they fit correctly will the transducers really show what they are capable of across all frequency ranges. For this reason, beyerdynamic has taken necessary measures to ensure the iDX 200 iE is tailored to all users. Each product includes silicone attachments in five different sizes, plus two pairs of double and triple flange ear tips with soft plastic ribs to ensure a comfortable and secure fit without excessive pressure. The memory foam takes on the shape of the ear canal, keeping ambient noise out, and the rich sound in.
