Today, I’m checking out the newest generation of Vizio’s P-series, the P65-E1 Ultra HD TV. It’s a 65” VA panel with 128 backlight zones, 3840x2160 resolution, HDR10 & Dolby Vision, extended color, built-in Chromecast, and Vizio’s own SmartCast streaming interface. For just $1700, it delivers reference-level image quality and easy access to lots of content thanks to built-in Wi-Fi and four HDMI 2.0 inputs.

Can projectors get any cheaper? I’ll answer that question today when I check out BenQ’s HT1070A 3D DLP Projector. It’s an update to the HT1070 which I reviewed earlier this year. The new model has 2200 lumens versus its predecessor’s 2000 and costs $50 less. It retains the convenience of a small, portable chassis with a quiet fan and great image quality. 3D?
