Founded in 1980 by Daniel Jacques, the Plurison / Audio Plus Services companies holds and distributes a portfolio of high-end brands in the US and Canada. Vervent Audio Group, holding company for Focal and Naim Audio, did the acquisition – effective since the 15th January 2019– of this leading distributor.

This acquisition creates the subsidiarie Focal Naim America.
