The product on display was the DACport – a tiny little DAC and headphone amp. Sigh, why do I bother? Ahem. When I couldn’t quite believe how good it sounded, I thought I must have residual good sound stuck in my head from all of the things I had been listening to previously. Nonetheless, I agreed to review their DACmini which I loved and purchased.

Paul contacted me again, pre-COVID, about reviewing the new headphones from CEntrance, the Cerene dB. These phones are based on Audio-Technica ATH-m50’s but with many CEntrance modifications. Having talked with CEntrance engineer and founder Michael Goodman a couple of times I do not doubt that he has made these phones his own. Review on the way.
