Unpacking the Duets reveals two small blocks with two outlets apiece. They’re built like tanks and should last through a lifetime of upgrades. Clarus provides a ground terminal to help reduce line noise. Also in the package are two Crimson three-foot power cables. They are the beefiest cables I’ve ever seen; I measured them at a full inch thick! I imagine their resistance is non-existent.

I’m going to install them behind an Axiom EP800 subwoofer and two Emotiva power amps, an XPA-5, and an XPA-2. After a few days of burn-in, I’ll be settling in to watch movies and listen to music. Stay tuned for my full review coming soon!
