FiiO unveil the M27: a flagship portable music player

FiiO today announce the launch of its groundbreaking M27 reference class digital audio player. The M27 represents a bold evolution of FiiO’s portable lineup (JM21, M21, M23), delivering uncompromising sonic performance, precision engineering and next-generation features for audiophiles seeking both power and refinement in a compact form factor.

At the heart of the M27 lies Qualcomm’s QCS6490 (Snapdragon 770G architecture), a cutting-edge mobile platform delivering elite-class computing power. With 8 powerful Kryo 670 CPU cores, an Adreno 642L GPU and support for LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, the M27 ensures lightning-fast responsiveness, seamless multitasking and a stable platform for decoding, streaming and playback across every audio format. The Android 13 OS is joined by 8GB RAM, rivalling the high-end smartphones.

Wireless Freedom

The M27 features the Qualcomm QCC5181 chipset, unlocking aptX lossless Bluetooth codec support (inc LE Audio and Auracast) making it one of the first digital audio players in the world to feature the tech. Titanium Strength

The M27 also marks FiiO’s first adoption of titanium alloy, the same material used in flagship smartphones, for its chassis. Paired with a glass fiber rear panel, the design achieves a harmony of strength alongisde the traditional FiiO design.

The FiiO M27 will launch in Autumn 2025 across all markets.
