Their latest creation in this market segment is their all-in-one high-end wireless speaker named OMNIA.
While there are a lot of offerings on the market for self-powered streaming speakers, rarely do we find them with the list of audiophile-level features and specifications that are included in the OMNIA from Sonus faber. In addition to that and in keeping with the Italian company’s normal flair for high-level design, the OMNIA has the same level of finishing that allows it to integrate into any type of décor.
The OMNIA is a 4-way speaker featuring 7 drivers with 490 watts of amplification, and a wide offering of connection options including Apple Airplay, Bluetooth, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi built-in. And for ease of streaming, OMNIA provides seamless integration with Tidal, Spotify, and it is also Roon-Ready. And for the vinyl lovers out there, OMNIA even houses a built-in phono-preamplifier.
I have had the pleasure of putting the OMNIA through its paces for a few months now, and in the upcoming full review, I will address who it is designed for as well as how it performs. Stay tuned!
