With a 3LCD laser imaging engine, it delivers 20,000 hours of maintenance-free entertainment with no bulb changes or recalibration. Low input lag, a 4K 120 Hz mode, and HDMI 2.1 with e/ARC make it ideal for gaming. Installer-friendly features include IP control for automation systems like Control4 and Crestron.
Epson is the number-one-selling projector brand and always delivers a high price/performance ratio. With accurate color, high brightness, and solid contrast, its displays present a supremely film-like image that can grace small, medium, and large theaters alike. The LS9000 is bright enough to work in a media room with some ambient light.

The Follow-Up:
I’ve been reviewing Epson’s projectors for more than 10 years and I have yet to find one I didn’t enjoy watching and testing. They always deliver tremendous performance for the money and the LS9000 is no different. It’s a natural evolution of the Home Cinema and Pro Cinema displays I’ve seen before with its laser light source, glass optics, and advanced video processing. Epson’s pixel shift technology looks better than ever, and I defy anyone to tell it from a native 4K projector. Initial tests show it to be a reference-quality display, and I look forward to watching many movies and TV shows in the coming weeks.
