HIFIMAN Electronics to Debut Newly Updated ANANDA-BT Wireless Headphone at CanJam SoCal 2024

BELLMORE, NY, September 24, 2024 – HIFIMAN, the leader in high fidelity personal audio, is responding to customer demand for an updated version of its wireless ANANDA-BT open-back planar magnetic headphone with a model that features the latest of the company’s design and technological achievements.

The new ANANDA-BT (MSRP: $799.00) shipping a new wireless version of its acclaimed Ananda open-back planar headphone, giving listeners the power to stream from phones, digital audio players, and other portable devices at true high-fidelity bit rates, up to 24Bit, 96kHz.

The rechargeable ANANDA-BT features HIFIMAN’s R2R DAC technology. A chip composed of an array of resistors with a new algorithm reduces power handling between the chip and peripheral components. As a result, signal-to-noise ratio, total harmonic distortion, and energy consumption are at their most efficient and cost-effective.

The audiophile-grade HIFIMAN ANANDA-BT, with HD Bluetooth technology, offers up to 24bit / 192khz (USB) , 24bit / 96khz (Bluetooth), lossless audio streaming. With full support for high-resolution protocols including LDAC^™, aptX^™, and aptX-HD^™, the ANANDA-BT is compatible with most high-definition playback devices on the market, ensuring excellent audio signal transmission for outstanding sonics.

The new ANANDA-BT includes HIFIMAN’s Stealth Magnet Technology. Unlike the sound waves created by a conventional magnet, the special shape of Stealth Magnets enables the waves to pass through without generating interference.

HIFIMAN’s advanced magnet design is acoustically transparent, dramatically reducing wave diffraction turbulence that degrades the integrity of the sound waves. The reduced distortion yields pure sonic output that is accurate and full-range.

Rounding out the list of ANANDA-BT technological updates is its NEO “supernano” Diaphragm (NsD). The new NsD is 80% thinner than previous designs, resulting in fast response and detailed image with lush, full range sonics. Also, the new model features a built-in microphone for calls and gaming.
