Definitive Technology Dymension CI Series

Definitive Technology is unveiling the Dymension CI^™ Series custom integration product line at CEDIA 2023 (Booth #3012). The series of in-wall and in-ceiling speakers is available in two performance levels: Dymension CI PRO and Dymension CI MAX. These speakers deliver the renowned Definitive Technology sound in high-performance, weather protected and easy-to-integrate designs. With a wide range of models and price points – including models with pivoting woofers, stereo input and even Definitive Technology’s signature bipolar array – there is a Dymension CI loudspeaker suitable for virtually any installation need or budget.

The Dymension CI PRO Series introduces Definitive Technology’s renowned acoustic innovations to a lineup of five high-performance, cost- effective, and easy-to-install CI speakers. These speakers are designed to accommodate a diverse array of whole-home or light commercial audio.

The Dymension CI MAX Series represents Definitive Technology’s pinnacle performance in CI speakers. This eight-speaker lineup showcases flagship Definitive Technology innovations like mineral-filled BDSS woofers with Linear Response Waveguide, aluminum oxide dome tweeters, and advanced crossover networks. Speakers in this line are ideal for critical listening applications and those seeking the highest-performance custom integration speakers for home theater installations.

The MAX series in-ceiling models feature patent-pending pivoting woofers, offering unparalleled command over the speaker’s optimal sound zone. These speakers can be placed virtually anywhere, including sloped and coffered ceilings, while directing sound precisely to your desired location, delivering front-row audio quality throughout the room.

The DW-MAX SUR in-wall loudspeaker features Definitive Technology’s vaunted bipolar array with both woofers and tweeters fixed at a 40-degree offset, creating an expansive soundfield with an extremely wide sweet spot.

Both the Dymension CI PRO and MAX Series leverage years of research and engineering to maximize performance and ease of install. They feature an innovative two-piece toolless installation system, pivoting aluminum oxide dome tweeters, paintable magnetic grilles, border-free design, and an IP55-rating for versatile indoor/outdoor use.

The Dymension CI Series of speakers are timbre-matched to the Dymension^™ tower and center channel speakers and the upcoming Mythos^® on-wall speakers, set to launch in October 2023.
