VPE Electrodynamics is a subsidiary of VPE Aerospace Consulting, LLC and was founded in 2020 by Don Bingaman and Jeff McCabe. Our engineering and design is done in St. Louis, MO, and our cabinet build and component assembly is done in Alvo, NE. Dayton Audio provides our woofer and our DSP Class D amplifier.
Don is a retired Boeing Phantom Works company executive and Chief Engineer, an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Member of the Audio Engineering Society with a 40 year background in aerospace, systems, electrical and mechanical engineering. Jeff is a master carpenter and cabinet maker with over 30 years experience in design, woodworking and in education.
