Stewart Filmscreen® Launches ‘Standard Solutions’ Screen Packages

Stewart Filmscreen announces a preset menu of its most popular screen sizes, making it easier than ever to specify the best in image fidelity

TORRANCE, CA, & DALLAS, TX (CEDIA Expo, Booth #3710) – October 12, 2015 — Stewart Filmscreen®—Academy Award® winning manufacturer of high-performance projector screens, projector screen material, and specialty optical coatings—will debut a new initiative, Stewart Standard Solutions, at booth #3710 during CEDIA Expo 2015. Standard Solutions streamlines the process for selecting Stewart Filmscreen’s most popular screen systems, and offers financial benefits to integrators for choosing from the preset menu of products.

“Not all applications require a fully custom designed screen system. In those instances, we wanted to make it easier for our dealers, both residential and commercial, to quickly specify a Stewart screen experience,” says Grant Stewart, President and CEO of Stewart Filmscreen. “We took our four bestselling screen systems and preset a range of sizes and materials as a simple menu from which dealers can order.”

The Standard Solutions product list includes one fixed frame wall screen, Luxus Deluxe Quick Snap Wallscreen; and three motorized retractable ElectriScreens, Luxus Model A Wall Mount, Visionary Slotted Ceiling Recessed and Stealth® Trapdoor Ceiling Recessed. Each are offered with a choice of FireHawk® G4, Stewart’s award winning ambient light rejection screen material; or StudioTek™ 130 G3, Stewart’s most asked for reference standard white screen material.

All three ElectriScreens will be outfitted with Stewart’s Intelligent Motor Control system and a three button wall switch as a standard control package. An Infrared Remote Package, RS-232 Package, and Ethernet Package are available as upgrade options.
