Focal Trio6 Be Studio Monitor Bookshelf Speakers

Introduction

Well, that is what happened when I got my hands on the amazing Focal Trio6 Be Studio monitor speakers. It was a bit of trial and a whole lot of error but in the end, I learned a whole heck of a lot and had fun doing it. This was my first go around with Focal and to be honest, I’m even more curious about the rest of their lineup.

The Trio6 Be is a three-way speaker with a 1” tweeter, a 5” woofer, and an 8” subwoofer. It has a nifty FOCUS mode that defeats the bass driver and reconfigures the Trio6 Be as a two-way monitor.

The Trio6 Be was designed to meet the standards of the most demanding engineers. This dual monitor is the new reference in its price range owing to its extreme neutrality, precise stereophonic imaging, and the ability to resolve the most minute sonic details, while its Class G amplifiers deliver SPL levels to suit all musical styles.
