Women in CE provides women in the consumer electronics industry with a community in which to share essential resources and connect with others who are focused on the same vision of empowerment, building networks, and supporting career opportunities. Member benefits include a mentoring program, online resources, and live events.

A staple of Women in CE is its mentoring program, which consists of a mentor serving as role model, friend, listener, resource, advisor, guide, teacher, sounding board, and positive support system to mentees. A committee of “support specialists” helps to bring mentors and mentees together. All members of Women in CE can apply to be a mentor or mentee. Mentors can come from all levels of experience and mentees do not need to be new to the workforce.
