The crossover has been upgraded with premium Mundorf™ capacitors. The new circuit board material has been chosen for its extra-high insulative properties, which minimizes electrical interference. A single 4.5” woofer is made from fiberglass and colored to match the wild walnut veneer finish. A new soft dome tweeter is 30% lighter than similar domes and has a heavy magnet that provides precise control over its range of motion for crisper highs. Each pair is carefully matched, and no two speakers look exactly alike. A high gloss finish makes the Menuet SE stand out and catch the eye, as well as the ear.

On the back, the sturdy gold-plated terminals come from the high-end EPICON series. They ensure that the DALI Menuet SE always has the best possible connection regardless of speaker cable choice. The angled port in the back also allows for close placement to a wall, though, I find these speakers sound best when placed out into the room on stands. Removable grills let you cover up the drivers, but I think they look stunning without. Since these are indeed limited, DALI has informed me that when they run out of the walnut veneer, production will come to an end. Look for my review on DALI Menuet SE speakers in the upcoming weeks!
